We want you to completely love your BeauxJewelryLab pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return & Exchange Window
Our standard return and exchange period is 14 days from the day your shipment is delivered. Customers are welcome to return or exchange pieces within this time window, provided the items meet our return conditions below.
Return Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear, use, or damage.

Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).

Items must be returned to our specific return facility after you initiate your request through our return portal.

Our Exchange Process
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we are happy to help you process a return. Once your return package is on its way to us, we will issue you a store credit (gift card) that you can use to easily place a new order for your desired item.
Return Fees & Refund Deductions

Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs: The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.

Upfront Duties Deduction: We cover customs duties upfront to ensure your original package arrives smoothly. However, if you are returning an item for reasons other than a quality issue, the original shipping and duty costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Return Duties: If any duty or tax fees occur when we receive your return package in Hong Kong, that related amount will also be automatically deducted from your final refund.
How Do I Return My Package?
We want to make your return process as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below to initiate your return:
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request Please log in to your existing Beaux Jewelry Lab account. Alternatively, simply enter the email address associated with your order to receive a secure 6-digit login code. Navigate to "My Orders", find the order you wish to return, and click "Request Return".
Step 2: Wait for Approval Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email containing detailed return instructions and our specific shipping address.
Step 3: Pack Your Items Securely Please secure the returned items in their original Beaux Jewelry Lab pouch and plastic bag. Wrap them carefully with the original bubble wrap, and pack them in the original mailer or a well-fitted alternative box to prevent damage during transit. Seal the package firmly with strong packing tape.
Step 4: Ship It Back to Us

For US and Canada Customers: We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience. (Please note: The return label fee will be deducted from your final refund.)

For Rest of the World: You are responsible for arranging and funding your own return shipping through your local post office or preferred courier.
⚠️ Important Customs Notice for International Returns: For security reasons during international transit, please clearly mark your customs form as 'RETURNED GOODS' when dropping off your package. To help prevent theft on its way back to our facility, we strongly advise using a generic description for the contents (such as 'Fashion Accessories' rather than 'Jewelry') and declaring a minimal value (e.g., under $20).
Step 5: Share Your Tracking Details (International Returns Only) Once you have shipped the package, please reply to your return approval email with the tracking number and the name of the courier. This allows us to monitor your package's safe return and ensures we can process your refund promptly once it arrives at our facility. (We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for untracked packages that are lost in transit.)
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process a refund for the eligible purchase price within 7 business days. The funds will be issued to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your request.
