• In Stock Pieces: Items will be shipped out within 28-48 hours.
• Pre-order Pieces: Items will be shiped out after the pre-order promotion ends, the promotion time might be last for 4 weeks.  The most accurate shipment date, check the product page (just above the “Add to Cart” or "Pre-Order Now" button).
• Engraved Pieces: If you choose engrave service, it takes 3 working days to create before shipping.
• Customized Pieces: Items will be shiped out based on the discussed shipment date when all the design details/quotation are confimred.
  
• Please allow up to 24–48 hours your shipment status to update once we ship out the package.

• Processing: Your order has been handed over to our team to fulfill. Normally it takes 1 working days to pickup & pack your order when items are available.
• Shipped: Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect the latest movements.
• Partial: If your order has Pre-Order or customized pieces, the available pieces will be shipped first, the other pieces will be shipped later once that becomes available. 

• Login into your account on our site to view the order details is always the easy way.

Can I cancel my order?

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchaing your order by logging into your account. Go to "My Orders" and click "Cancle Order".
• The customized items or engraved jewelries can't be canceled as these are made just for you, they are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to help.

• All BeauxJewelryLab jewelries is handcrafted in our factory which located in Panyu, China, the soul of global jewelry craftsmanship. Most of our experienced artisan works in fine jewelry industry for decades and our on-site operation team to oversee production, gemstone selection, quality checks.
• To deliver your order as smoothly and securely as possible, BeauxJewelryLab's jewelries are stocked and packed in our Shenzhen warehouse, then collected by our professional courier for fast, reliable worldwide shipping.
• The tracking may begin in Shenzhen, China or Hong Kong, while the true origin is the artisanal workshop in our Panyu factory, where tradition, craftsmanship, and gemstone mastery come together to create your jewelry.

• For all in stock pieces, delivery takes 8–18 business days, depending on your location.
• If your order includes Pre-Order pieces, delivery may take a bit longer. We only begin production after the Pre-Order promotion ends. The estimated arrival time is likely to vary depending on the different Pre-Order promotion time.

We are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and reliably whereever you are. Please email or message us if your country not listed in our delivery range as the custom clearance issue or limited shipment method. We might use other specific shipment way to delivery your package instead.

However, we currently do not ship to the APO and FPO addresses.

The tracking number and the link will email to you once we ship your order. Our customer service team will aslo happy to track it for you if you message or email us.

All our jewelry prices are now inclusive of taxes and duties to worldwide customers. We work with reputable couriers to ship packages from the international cross-boarder logistics center--Shenzhen China. Delivery duty paid service is a popular, convient, economic way to ship your package. That means the final price you pay is the complete and total cost of your order, there is no extra fees upon delivery.

Please note that taxes, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our warehouse opearation team in Shenzhen, China ship orders from Monday-Saturday, excluding Sundays and official Chinese holidays.

In rare instances, tracking may show a package as "delivered" before it actually arrives. This usually happens if the carrier scans the parcel prematurely or leaves it in a concealed spot to protect it from theft or weather.

• Check with your household members and neighbors to see if they accepted it on your behalf.
