How can I pay for my jewelry?
We gladly accept all major credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as PayPal. Depending on your location, additional localized payment options may also be available. You can view all supported payment methods for your region at checkout.

What should I do if my payment doesn't work?
We are sorry you are experiencing difficulties at checkout. First, please double-check that your billing address matches exactly what your credit card issuer has on file. Occasionally, banks may decline online or international transactions for your security. A quick call to your bank to authorize the payment usually resolves this. Where do I enter my discount code?
During checkout, you will find a discount code box located just below your order summary. Simply click or tap the "+" icon to enter and apply your code. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order.
Please kindly note that BeauxJewelryLab gift cards are excluded from all discounts.
How are refunds processed?
For questions on returns and exchanges, please check here. Please note BeauxJewelryLab cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, it will take up to 7 business days for our customer service team to process and send you a return confirmation email.
- Credit Card & Debit Visa Card: Once your return is processed by our customer service team, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Paypal: Once your refund has been processed to your PayPal account, you will receive a confirmation notification directly from PayPal. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to officially appear in your linked bank account.
- Klarna: For orders placed via Klarna, please allow up to 14 business days for the refunded funds to reflect in your account. Klarna will automatically update your total balance and adjust any upcoming installments. Any payments you have already made will be credited back to your original payment method. For specific inquiries regarding your payment schedule, please reach out to Klarna’s Customer Service team directly.
