Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and reliably, wherever you are in the world. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our processing times, delivery options, and order tracking procedures.

1. Order Processing & Production Times

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time. Our warehouse operation team ships orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • In-Stock Pieces: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 28–48 hours.

  • Pre-Order Pieces: Items will be shipped after the pre-order promotion ends (which may last up to 4 weeks). For the most accurate estimated shipping date, please check the specific product page just above the "Add to Cart" button.

  • Engraved Pieces: If you select our engraving service, please allow an additional 3 business days for creation before your item is shipped.

  • Customized Pieces: Items will be shipped based on the agreed-upon timeline once all design details and quotations are confirmed.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for your tracking status to update in the courier's system once the package leaves our facility.

2. Understanding Your Order Status

  • Processing: Your order has been handed over to our team. For in-stock items, it normally takes 1 business day to pick and pack.

  • Shipped: Your order is packed and on its way to you!

  • Partial Shipment: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/custom pieces, we will ship the available items first. The remaining pieces will be shipped separately as soon as they are ready, at no extra cost to you.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because we strive to process orders quickly, you may only cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of purchasing. To do so, log into your account, go to "My Orders," and click "Cancel Order."

  • Please note: Customized and engraved jewelry cannot be canceled or modified once production begins, as these are made exclusively for you. They are considered final sale.

4. Where Does My Jewelry Ship From?

All BeauxJewelryLab pieces are handcrafted in our factory located in Panyu, China—widely recognized as the soul of global fine jewelry craftsmanship. Here, our experienced artisans and on-site operation team oversee production, gemstone selection, and quality control.

To deliver your order as smoothly and securely as possible, your jewelry is packed at our Shenzhen international cross-border warehouse and collected by reputable global couriers. Therefore, your tracking updates will typically begin in Shenzhen or Hong Kong before making their way to your country.

5. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 USD. (Note: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.)

United States, Canada & Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 8–10 Business Days | FREE (Orders $75+) or $6.00

  • Express Shipping: 5 Business Days | $20.00

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 Business Days | FREE (Orders $75+) or $4.00

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 Business Days | $20.00

New Zealand & Most European Countries (Germany, France, etc.)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 Business Days | FREE (Orders $75+) or $6.00

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 Business Days | $20.00 – $28.00

Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 Business Days | FREE (Orders $75+) or $6.00

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 Business Days | $18.00

Rest of the World

  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 Business Days | FREE (Orders $75+) or $6.00

  • Express Shipping: 5–8 Business Days | $25.00

6. Taxes & Duties (Delivered Duty Paid)

We want your shopping experience to be completely hassle-free. All our jewelry prices are now inclusive of international taxes and duties. We utilize a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning the final price you pay at checkout is the complete and total cost of your order. You will not be hit with any surprise customs fees or taxes upon delivery. (Please note: In the event of a return, original shipping costs, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.)

7. Marked as "Delivered" but Not Received?

In rare instances, tracking may show a package as "delivered" before it actually arrives. This usually happens if the carrier scans the parcel prematurely or leaves it in a concealed spot to protect it from theft or weather.

Next steps we recommend:

  1. Thoroughly check your porch, around your front door, and your mailbox.

  2. Check with your household members and neighbors to see if they accepted it on your behalf.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number to open an inquiry.

⚠️ Liability Disclaimer: BeauxJewelryLab cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier officially marks them as "delivered." Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds or free reshipments in these circumstances.
