For absolute mathematical perfection, we utilize state-of-the-art 3D printing technology. This method flawlessly executes incredibly complex geometries, intricate pavé settings, and delicate hollow designs that would be nearly impossible to carve by hand.
The Process: Your finalized 3D CAD digital file is sent directly to our high-resolution 3D wax printers. Using premium castable wax, the printer builds your model layer by microscopic layer. The resulting print can be directly used for the lost-wax casting process.

Tailored Wax Materials: We utilize a variety of specialized waxes—including Cyan, White, Purple, and Grey waxes. Each color represents a specific hardness and resolution level. This allows designers and clients to physically handle the prototype, inspecting the sharpest details and experiencing the tactile feel before casting.
